some quick thoughts on the c-call.

? of the day. who is the "unannounced aggregator"?

glad to see the burn rate under such tight control. very important with capital so hard to come by today.

all pertinent growth rates seem to be doing fine. i have not seen any single area that is lagging the rest of the company. good management makes sure all the sheep are safely in the flock.

the economy has had no effect on BLLS business.

the realignment of the sales force has been successful. sales up - costs down. good work.

screen scraping - a tool for initial implimentation that has no independent long term hope. BLLS can not be hurt financially by scraping.

cash on hand for 12 months at least

pricing structure has not changed in over a year.

they only require a 1 - 1 1/2 million capital expenditures this yr.

net profitable by 3rdQ 02.

as we were reminded, with the new disclosure rules any statements made by the company will be conservative in nature. i think it is prudent to take their projections as referring to the long end of things and hope for better if the sector performs as expected.

Spectrum will be live by this summer, possibly this spring. it will be great for BLLS if they are successful. i still have my concerns about any bank consortium. to date Spectrum has not shown me any reason to think they will be the one to break with history. they have the tools in front of them. if they are responsible enough to act as a group they will be able to attain their potential. if they bicker away time they will be left behind. my issue with them is time. banks are the consumer's first choice TODAY. banks have to take advantage of that NOW. EBPP will not wait for them to get their act together. if they let time pass someone else will take that place. if banks loose that favored position with their customers it will be extremely difficult to recapture. with my heart i want them to do well. with my head i am looking for a "show me". must have picked that up driving thru Missouri.

the number of new firms following BLLS was evident from those asking questions. some of the questions made it evident the analysis have some homework to do. BLLS must be popping up on some screens to warrant the new following.

the share price held the gains well except when Mr. Hoch was talking. may be a short possibility next qtr.
