I have no problem with forced contraception in the example you supplied. That seems the logical thing to do for people who cannot properly "parent" children they bring into the world. Perhaps we should add to this list people like chief Clinton attack-dog Republican U.S. Rep. Dan Burton, Deadbeat Dad-Indiana, who fathered a child about 19 years ago, then admitted he did not support "that kid" (his words) either financially or emotionally. He and his kind are lower than any welfare mom on earth with 12 kids all by different fathers, because not only is he a deadbeat parent, he also is a hypocrite.

With the population of the earth now exceeding 6 billion humans, it won't be much longer in some countries that parenting will be a privilege, not a right. Unfortunately, such a practice runs counter to major religions of the Middle East and Western world. That is the main stumbling block. In China, authorities have no such religious obstacle to overcome in limiting all parents to just one child.
