Flack, I'm sure that you have reloaded your WOW software. If you haven't try that.

Also, I'm sure the WOW techs checked all of your WOW options to make sure they were set
correctly.

It has been my experience that sometimes IE is best and sometimes Netscape.

Off the wall fix,

locate cookies.txt and rename to cookies.old

This will temporarily disable the cookies file which may have corrupted info. This will disable the file. See if WOW works. If you miss the cookies file, rename it back to cookies.txt.

Also make sure the IE browser is configured to accept java applets.
