this market is disspirited and listless. even an interest rate cut in Europe does nothing. It may take longer than I thought for me to regain the heights of last August. (My portfolio hit an all time high last Labor Day and has gone steadily to hell since thenn right up to April 4.) All the while I did nothing except not use margin) this market nees to MOVE AGAIN.
