Unbelievable. Well, hopefully they will continue to lose viewership as ratings and money talks and BS and clowning around excessively walks! I remember when local news shows in the States were serious in nature with almost no kidding around, but then Tom Snyder, a well known talk show host here in the States changed all that when he became the anchor of WABC-TV's *Eye Witness News* from New York City in the 1970's. After that, all the competitors starting acting like comedy shows also.... They tried to turn mostly sad and tragic news into the happy hour which seemed weird to me at the time and very out of place.
