Craig, the only thing pathetic and inexcusable hear is you my friend. I suppose you expect that all those acqusitions over the last year to come out of thin air. Better yet, all those companies they acquired (in your mind) should have come begging on Osicom's door, saying "take me! Take me! For Free". Slam this stock all you want with your ignorance about what this company is about (even you admitted that you had only read a few press clippings), but I'll be a big buyer this morning if we have a slam fest. From here on out, revenues and earnings WILL increase with the new products and ABCN. 6 months from now, you'll have wished you had spent some time researching this company's fundamentals rather than just analyzing the chart.

Afaq, most of the increase in shares was related to the stock swap of approximately 675,000 shares, which by the way is an added asset to Osicom worth approximately $8.50 (not net of ABCN's liabilities) per share as I have spelled out in an earlier post.
