Neil, I've found that retail stocks tend to be "fad" stocks, and yes, you can make some money if you time them well, but I rarely enter into long positions. I like to short them when I feel they are over valued.

Right now, WMT has the same PE as a DELL or CPQ! I think this is over valuation.
