To even it out, CNBC-HongKong is,IMO, pretty good.

In terms of both "happy talk" and news.

PS Europe is in a big "fight" on the future of the TV
media, public service vs. happy entertainment, digital TV
is the thing to 'fight" about, as well as who funds
the news, "me" through license payments or the
advertisements trying to get me to buy something.
