LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill., May 9, 2001 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Zenith Electronics Corporation has reached an agreement in principle to sell its accessories business to Gemini Industries, Inc., the companies announced today. Terms were not disclosed.
