i'm not sure if that's good or bad...it has one good aspect to it though: the covenant that force TVX to stay NYSE listed would be gone after the conversion.
otherwise, not much changes, since the converts were always counted as part of the equity capital anyway. only the conversion ratio leaves something to be desired imo...
