Subject: 10 May / Update

Dear Share Holder,
I apologise for the long delay in writing to you.

The Company have received our Draft financilas for the March Q ,
although sales were up 50% on the the previous Q the Company is disappointed
we did not do better. Due to some timing issues we awere unable to bill a
large order for the US Government.
The Company has a backlog of almost 500,000 and believes that we can
actually get to breakeven for the year.
I have been very busy working on a number of opportunities which will
allow the company to grow more rapidly. The stock price is awful I admit ,
however the Directors believe if one of these initiatives are successful and
our sales continue to improve that this will be reflected in the share price.
I would like to say how proud I am of the small taem of people at King,
they have
missed payroll in favor of buying inventory and work at full capacity at all
times.
The operational directors are drawing salaries of 25k a year and are
have , I can assure the interests of the shareholders at heart.
We are trading, we do have a business and we will grow.Thanks for your
support, as always feel free to call whenever you like.
