In LMDS Alcatel scored somthing like 20+ contracts, many of them in multihundred $ range, no to mention old NN wins shortly before merger.
Nortel on the other hand won very little.
In DSL space nobody can beat ALA.
Looks like Siemens afer Efficient buy will be No2.
And this space is growing 100% a year.
Only ALA and may be SFemens can make good money, b/c of products performance.for some reasons major big boys are buying from ALA.
BTW, ALA invented DSL few year ago ( current CTO )
