Flack last post, I also recently down loaded the windows98 update which you can get on a MSFT site which if I reacall is called something like www.windowsupdate. It seemed to help with web speed a bit. Also you should defrag you hard drive, but I have the feeling you have been through every trick in the book recently and this was done. If you need directions on this let me know, it will take an hour to do this procedure.
