TP: Sorry to hear about 'the IBM influence'...IMO, IBM may NOT be the ideal company to benchmark in the tech industry. DELL needs to be careful with some of the softer issues as they continue to grow -- what i'm talking about is the company's ability to attract, motivate and RETAIN top talent. Its also important to create a culture where collaboration, mutual respect, and team work are rewarded. Just my views....=)
