DELL needs to be careful with some of the softer issues as they continue to grow -- what i'm talking about is the company's ability to attract, motivate and RETAIN top talent. Its also important to create a culture where collaboration, mutual respect, and team work are rewarded. Just my views....=) Best Regards, Scott
