Because of the global warming Chicago will be the next Calif. and the BA officials know this.... Actually up until this winter the weather for the last few years has been on the mild side very nice, 60 in Feb, we have not gotten alot of snow in the last few years which probally isnt that great for the water table. Mayor Daley has really made this city into a urban paradise, a very neat place to live and work, lots to do...
