Is Equities magazine a company shell? Can't seem to find it anywhere.
Not at any local book stores or local libraries, not online. I'll check with the main library. I'm sure it exists.

Is this Equities mag. something developed by the company to make us feel secure?

If it is an actual article in a reputable magazine was it a paid for article?

This article is simply a rehash of what we already know. It paints a nice picture of a company that has had 2 reverse splits and has dropped to penny stock status both times.

Very few companies survive these reverse splits. I hope the people running this company are honest.

Are all contracts in writing or are some of them verbal commitments?

Is there something wrong here?
