To all who have posted suggestions

to resolve my computer problem...
and those who have expressed their concern -

IowaMan, indexit, Gottfried, ToTradeWell, theniteowl,
rb, shoreco, and many other kind souls - THANK YOU!

I hate to waste cyber space with my problem but I've been
sorely disappointed with the techs at WOW and Dell.
Actually many of the suggestions posted here make more sense and I will be busy trying these today and tomorrow.

Once again, Thank You all!
And Thank You, Drbob for all that you continue to do!!!!
