just a gut feel cuz of the bonds and the way the numbers are flowing. I don't mean cuts are done with by any means....just that they may pass this month since stocks have recovered and the yield curve is now normal, blaa blaaa blaaa... heck...he could cut .75 and we would all scratch our balls with both hands...<GG>
