Ish, No psychic powers necessary. About 99% of the votes were for either Gore or Bush. Obviously about 99% of the ballots were cast for one of those two candidates. Your scenario of random ballot selection, and over punching by Gore does not fit the facts. That would lead to a large number of Gore/Bush double punches. This is not the case, and if you take a few minutes to think about it, you will understand why. Scumbria
