Well, I was actually using the idea "for argument's sake", to point out a problem. However, I do think two things: one, that the "spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak", and therefore that we have a kind of moral infirmity; and two, that even if we were wholly virtuous, we would still require grace to be granted intimacy with God. No one can deserve an infinite blessing. Therefore, I continue to believe in grace.......
