Michael Hillman, NSCP is entertaining every day because of the wide
swings of its price on any single day.

I read many interesting comments on NSCP, but most don't do their homeworks
when buying or selling short NSCP. The most asked question was when
insiders can sell their stock.

Insiders were locked up for 180 days after IPO, therefore they will be
freed on 2/5. Actually in November insiders were allowed to sell up to
one million shares and it didn't drop the stock price much. (I heard that
much fewer than one million shares were actually "dumped", so don't expect
that on 2/5 suddenly 35M shares will be dumped in the market.) Remember, NSCP
is such a young company that most insiders' stock options haven't been
vested yet. Also in a high-flying company insiders are usually blindly
optimistic on their company, so I won't be surprised that most will hold
on to their fortune for a while. As far as big investors are concerned (like
venture capitalists), they have to file with SEC before they can sell or buy
shares. Such filing will become a public knowledge.

NSCP told me (just make a phone call to their investor's relationship!!)
that the quarterly result will be announced after the market close on 2/7.

Therefore, in the order of the significant events: stock splits, insiders
lockup expires, Q4 result is announced.

All indications are that Q4 result will be magnificant. Look at SUNW on
any clues on how hot Internet is. I just have to be bullish.
