FED rate cuts may be starting to take hold? / EDIT

Bond Market doesn't like today's 'good' news (Retail Sales/Confidence).

I think FED will continue to cut rates further, anyway. I think they are willing to overshoot on the
rate-cutting side - as they were probably willing to do on the rate-increasing side.

Tax cuts on the horizon.
