Rambus CFO Harmon Sold 35,540 Shares In April May 11, 2001

WASHINGTON -- Rambus Inc. (RMBS) Chief Financial Officer Gary Harmon sold 35,540 shares of the company's common stock in April, according to a Form 4 released Friday by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Harmon sold the shares April 27 at a price of $17 apiece, according to the filing. At the end of the month, Harmon directly owned 611,154 common shares, including 1,174 shares purchased under the company's employee stock ownership plan, and indirectly owned another 925 shares through a trust.
On April 30, a federal judge dismissed most of Rambus' patent infringement suit against Infineon Technologies AG (IFX).
Rambus designs, licenses and markets high bandwidth chip connection technologies for multimedia, networking equipment and digital television markets.
Friday afternoon, shares of the company were up 21 cents, or 1.8%, to $11.97. |
