Muskox Minerals Corp - Acquisition Muskox to acquire 913169 Alberta Muskox Minerals Corp MSK Shares issued 21,673,463 2001-05-11 close $1.2 Friday May 11 2001 Acquisition The Canadian Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to the company's acquisition of 913169 Alberta Ltd., as announced on July 25, 2000. Total consideration was the issuance of 1,994,790 common shares at a deemed price of $1.727 per share. Pursuant to the acquisition and the related private placement also announced on July 25, 2000, the company paid a finder's fee to Arete Capital Corp., equal to 7 per cent of the finances expended on the stated exploration program, and issued 127,948 warrants at an exercise price $1.85 per share.
