Jack, Sorry. I did miss MAA's dividend being 10%. Thanks. Jim, I didn't buy any more AEC, but someone agrees that it is a steal at 9% if they will hit $1.34 FFO. I was out today, but noticed that RA backed up for some reason and is at a very desirable price if there isn't any damage. Many 2nd and 3rd tier REITs are hitting new highs. Maybe the laggards are going to lead the way, but if BXP, EOP, EQR, AVB, etc. don't run to new highs, then it should be a short rally. Richard
