Scumbria, I am sure this will delight you. But I personally blame this on Clinton. He has utterly decimated our armed forces. Our boys in Germany were out in their tanks practicing target practice. I don't know what they lob, and I haven't verified this story, I heard it on the radio. But it seems like they blew up an elementary school. Thank God the kids were at recess and no one got hurt.
