Electronic components and I got the privaledge of putting together the manual.Actually the policy manual is done...now it's the level 2-3..proceedures and how to carry them out..all hv to be documented..Since I am not a good typist then I will hv an asst to help me put the info together..Just putting the proceedures and specifics together is a lot of work and of course all the management hv to participate. We hv hired a QA certification commpany to help us with the certification/audits/ect .Everytime we need a mgr to walk us thru something different=duh...I thought it should hv been the ENGR MGR but I get the task...I saw us thru the Mil-I-45208A...MIL-STD-45662...As long as I don't end up as the coordinator=cool..It's just a thing and I am grateful to be a part of something bigger than me<gg<. Have you done this....gv me some tips plz.
