Why use a standard that is not legal in Florida or in Texas under the Bush law or in any state that has specifically addressed punch card ballots.

Bush also "wins" if you just refuse to count votes from black voters who voted 90% for Gore. But that has some legal problems, even with Tony the Fixer and the robes.

Although Alabama and Mississippi -- long live the Confederacy, it was about "state's rights" not slavery -- would buy banning black voters.
