What you are saying doens't make sense. You are looking for strenght in CPQ before buying, but you seem to be trying to buy at the absolute bottom. If you want to buy on strenght, don't buy until CPQ breaks above $20. If you want to bottom-fish, don't sweat a 1/2 pt decline.

Market is in a holding pattern til tues. Very low volume Friday. Stocks declined due to lack of buyers, not due to selling. No matter what the fed does, I smell a relief rally tues.
