Looks like you are wrong again Jim. Both Elpida and Samsung have spoken and the Sdram and DDR royalties continue. They have no intentions of revisiting their agreements on the basis of this one judges opinion. They know that this is just the first battle in a long war. You do not know much about royalty agreements.
