$175 for 2 days....? You do live in a paradise....!!!!!

My neighbor put his house for sale last week. The yard is so small that you can't drive a Suburban from one end to the other...the whole plot, including the house must be 1/5th or 1/6th of an acre.....He paid $700 for getting his trees pruned and $300 for getting the yard cleaned up and the guys finished in like 3 or 4 hours...!!!!
