Yeah.. ZA is a great firewall program for your personal system.

And I've also had problems contacting their website at times, which just tells me that we're seeing more and more port scanning programs snooping around for open ports, and taking up bandwidth out there on the 'net.

Personally, I will only ask for "more info" if I'm seeing persistent attempts from one IP address to access my system.

And btw, I can only imagine the INCREDIBLE database that ZA is developing of the more "aggressive" IP ids out there. Find out who is using a particular IP for launching port scans or attacks, and you can use that data to track back the path of the attack.
