That is what I figured. Without Compuserv, HRB probably can make more money. Compuserv is a loosing money business, just like AMER. The ideal solution is for American Express to acquire it. It is on the way. One evidence is that HRB is trying to buy its franchise. Once that done, it will become a much better target for acquisition. The market does not know for sure when HRB will give out the share. HRB said that it would give that out within a year. My guess is that HRB will wait till CSRV's price recover a little bit to do that. When HRB announces a definite date, the stock price will surely go up. Its stock price went up $3 dollars the week before it distribute dividents.
Anyway, I think it is gem not noticed by many. Look into it, you will see that.
