Your point is the primary purpose of these boards - a forum where those on each side of the fence can post their views in a civil manner on the pros and cons of the stock/company. It is not important whether one loves or hates the stock, or whether a potential investor just wants more information before arriving at a decision to buy/sell. At one time this board provided an opportunity for such, and it served a useful purpose. Unfortunately, and particularly of late, it has deteriorated to a site dominated by a few individuals who apparently derive immense satisfaction from the misfortune of others. I think this is a primary reason why intelligent discourse has dried up on this board and is now dominated by a few birds of the same feather.

I don't believe that one should gloat when they make a correct call, especially incessantly in a juvenile manner. For those who feel compelled to do so, they should wait until the game is over. IMHO, we are still in the very early innings of the Rambus scenario. Presently the longs are on the short end of the score, but there are still several innings to play out here.
