Slider Mon! - OT - Baseball Ah yes!!! The Bosox are a 1/2 game out of first, just behind the Yankees. This is the way it is meant to be. We were headed for a serious situation in the game of baseball. The Cubbies and Bosox in first place? No! This can't be. We can not have these two teams meet in a World Series. Neither of them are allowed to win it all. It's in the by-laws. Heaven forbid that in this first year of a new millennium, these two teams should meet to see who can win it all. The Series would have to go to seven games and the final game would have to go on for eternity, it would have to be declared a draw. We can not have a winner because it isn't meant to be.
