It is in my opinion that the market has already begun to distinguish between GX and the "rest" (TSIX, probably LVLT, etc). I don't think that, should LVLT and TSIX default on the same day, that GX would be affected as much as a month ago.

Now that GX has made its quarter and imo reaffirmed the outlook for the year, the stock will more than likely traded listless for a bit. The two main catalysts that could send it higher rather than basebuilding are the announced completion of the CZN deal and the completion of the Network.
