Venkie You have taken on quite a task going for the ISO certification. Good Luck. It will be painful for a lot of employees at your place because business is not going to be done the old way and change is scary to a lot of people. The best of luck to you. Sorry to hear about the man that you were sponsoring. That is very sad. Penni worked at the local crisis intervention clinic for a couple of years. She finally quit because it is very draining physically and emotionally dealing with people that have problems.. Save some energy for yourself. You will be interested that I am taking my dog and grandchild in the Blossom Time kiddies parade this coming Friday. I have got a big red wagon and a harness on order hopefully it will get here on time. We have a lot of dog training to do this week. Good luck Don
