Gene, with NAIB stuck on the Offer for the last 2 months,... pressuring the stock by remaining substantially below the next Offer and going down as soon as the spread exceeds 2 cents, it's not what I would call a fair market... I am watching it carefully and so are the various regulating Authorities that have been alerted by a number of shareholders... Last Friday, there was evidence of the unwinding of a large long position brokered by NATC and sold by NAIB...
