Mirage yep Bill. Like the wonderful mirage of compounding interest allowing one to keep their savings safe and growing. Thanks to the awful interest rates for savers this last decade, one can now buy about half the house today with the same money they could have bought the whole house for 10 years ago. Thank God inflation has been "under control" ;-) Long live the dollar as a personal safe store of value. LOL! I don't know if bankers have been "executive ordered" into their current ridiculous level of power, but I hope they can be reigned back in. have a good one, Tom
