The standard you cited in the article, requiring at least 2 chad corners removed, would clearly violate the legal standards. One corner removed and dimpled chad are legal votes according to Florida courts.

So why did the Miami Herald use an unlawful standard and you repeat it? The only purpose is to give bush a whiff of legitimacy, but it is a very smelly whiff.
