The financing entity has no interest in raising the stock price at the moment, given the nature of the deal; quite the opposite. The lower the price, the more shares they get for their money. In this light, comments such as yours could well be in the interests of the financiers.

Can you point to any misinformation or likely misinformation perpetrated here? You haven't done so. Do you even have an inkling what it might be? I'd love to know.

The best I can come up with is the projections for the billions the speach industry will do by 2005, or whatever timeframe. Such projections in this industry have been historically and notoriously off on the high side- way on the high side. Yet if the chips are now or soon to be fast enough, and the software complete enough, one day such projections seem likely to come true.

"Share price and volume...unusually volitile...before during and after financing?" Huh? That's all the time, true enough, and typical for stocks in this price range. Not unusual, me thinks.
