A close by the end of the month over 11.00 will signal the upper gap fill at 15 before the downside gap at 8.50. The updates on orbit lock, broadcast test signal and actual signal transmission will prop the stock up thru the summer. If they get even one subscriber then Katy bar the door. As an example take a look at the speculation stock of the spring HPOW.
