for us laypeople- are all of the following terms well defined?
1. failed
2/ partial response
3. stabilized

I dont understand what these terms mean? Is it possible for you to post a source for the entire write up?

I find the results from CEGE very encouraging. It seems more and more clear to me- that many of the gene therapies cannot be given like drugs with uniform dosages that apply to the general population. but if you can help someone with an otherwise incurable and terminal disease. how can it not be approved? genomics and gene therapy will ultimately change the way medicine is practiced the only question is when.
