How can your estimate change from 158 to 191 die per wafer with no change in estimated die area?

I came up with the die size estimate by counting the number of die across (about 16.25) by the number of die up (about 17) and dividing these numbers into 200mm.

I came up with the number of die per wafer by actually counting them, and apparently skipped a couple of lines the first time.
