Nice to see but this is odd...Having met with SKT in March I was informed of penalties they would incur should the 50% (combined mrkt share w/ Shinsegi) not be met....It is 400M KRW (US$300,000.00) per day, which can be adjusted up or down by 50%, 200m KRW- 600m KRW. The S Korean gov't can obviously do what they want, when they want regarding sub bans and the like, but SKT is still at 52+%. What's changed?? The 1X additions seem to be at a 50,000 per month pace. I don't think their economy is so strong as to not have to promote 1X for export by supplying and demonstrating these new capabilities within their own market. P
