Actually, one could buy a A4 laptop, pull-out the CPU and stick it in a socket-A board, then test it as much as it wants. The packaging is exactly the same. I think it's an error from AMD. They should have used smaller package, making the chip more attractive to labtop makers and would put a clear technical difference between mobile and desktop parts. But, well, I guess its not worth xx$ more a chip.
