Miljenko, I meant personalized vaccines in general, but welcome your commentary. I'm guessing that among your reasons for disliking such programs are the two Peter mentions in this recent post: manufacturing and marketing issues . . . Message 15742029 I can see the marketing issues, but could use some further education as to why manufacturing is an issue. Are personalized cancer vaccine companies blazing new ground in terms of process, so that the FDA is going to be very cautious in certifying the plant? Or does it have to do with the surgery involved in getting the tumor cells, or the handling of those cells? Further comment from either/both of you appreciated, and I'll leave y'all alone for awhile after that. If for no other reason than an upcoming Yosemite trip after options expiration week and immediate aftermath. Hedging for the summer! Cheers, Tuck
