RE: After reading those Infineon documents from 1991, no one in good faith can deny that Infineon stole RMBS' technology.

Just to review, you assert that (1) the team behind RAMBus came up with the majority of the important ideas that allowed the engineering and design of DDR and (2) the existing, "outdated" DRAM makers would not have come up with DDR or something equivalent without ripping off many ideas from RAMBus?
