hello much meligned dirty dozen. A special thanks to rb for his posting while i was not internet capable.A friend of mine who was a long term investor said once to go to the moon and come back a few years later and if you picked the right stocks you would be rich. If you called your broker every day it wouldnt matter if you picked the right stock because noway would you be rich.I went to ca. and the stock was 2.50-2.62 I like a jerk called my broker and when it was 2. I figured no reason to go to franklin they must be bankrupt and no one was there except the gte tecnicians ripping out the fiber optic cable and putting up the new bowling alley sign.Well I called helen and was shocked when she answered the phone.Cheerful and cooperative as usual well my antenna went up. This mindfield of bb s arttist only out to dupe folks like you and me.She confirmed that frank and i would spend about an hour at lunch together and I was still dubious. If the furniture was moved out he would probably usher me to a fast food joint and not allow me in.Well my drive up to westlake was uneventful expect for 2 billion cars on the highway.I get to franklin and dont see the bowling alley sign but I cant get a parking space(that frank was a devilish guy ,he must have rented space to a used car dealership).Well I walk in the door and notice the furniture, people working and the telephones still installed, but you cant fool me afterall i am an avid reader of si and believe all the skeptics and naysayers aferall they are armed with facts hard work and due dilly.I casually frank immediately that yet again I have ventured to westlake for the second time and have lost a fortune(last time I went it cratered from4.24 to 3). He says I am welcome to visit but mentions for all concerned please stay in New Jersey afterall he lost more money than me.I sharply retorted that I am in addition better looking. Ok lets get serious. The stock is now 2.75-2.875.That it is back up is nice but not essential. The issue is risk and reward.RB related most of the facts. This kind of stuff could have been found out by repeated calls to the ftel players at westlake. But what you cant find out is the overall game plan and picture of people in the factory and the sales people and executives. The moral etc. is very very important. Afterall if they dont share the vision and game plan it aint gonna work.This is the plan and it is no secret but been reported in bits and pieces.(by the way, i have never known more about an investment in my life and not coincidently worked as hard before )As i told frank it aint easy getting rich.I hope he gets the advert piece that sparrow brilliantly crafted showing the theme THE WINDS OF CHANGE at the top on the web page today because it will show the evolution.Well starting with hurricane,cyclone, tornado and product z(voice server) on one side and with the creation of private labelling, virtual isp, web tv and digital express on the other side you have a brillant converging strategy that if executed will lead to an ipo of 10-15 bucks per share in the next 3-9 mos.With huge equipment sales into fnet from ftel.So what do you get as an ftel shareholder you get about one share value in fnet plus a rapidly growing manufacturer selling cyclones ,pop in the box, and voice servers.For the fnet private investors you also get the ipo value. Do i think this could be north of 20 sometimes in the next 9 months.Yes if this plan is executed.If everything goes perfect (and it doesnt thats life and business)we could have cyclone out in mass production in the next few weeks(first add is in publication and i saw it),tornado beta tested next month and voice server sometimes in august.Huge exciting private label stuff coming along with digital express and web tv. My timing is from anytime now(we are connecting people daily on some smaller contracts) to over the next month or so.Huge potential lies in all the hardware and service initiatives. They are in various stages of completion. Will they all bare fruit I dont know however if digital OR private label OR cyclone OR tornado OR voice server prove to be successful this price is a joke. JThe important thing to realize is that they dont all have to work for us to be successful. However there is more stuff in the works that I wont talk about because it is too far away and I would do a diservice in terms of trade secrets that would tip our hand and also because od hype sensitivity.If i expanded on the alluded too lunch conversation with this other megadealer you would commit me. This guy talked in billions and it is a nice prospect however i give it a 10% chance and am in no way counting on anything from it. But the important thing is that frank has an entrepenurial; mind that can take us any and everywhere.When i have more time is will expand on another initiative for OUR COMPANY that i uncovered potentially.Lets start helping the company as owners not speculators or even shareowners. If you think like an owner stakeholder you may find an opportunity for this company that can help.Its a business now 45 people strong working there butts off and we can help and I sure intend to. One last comment to folks who posted about me being priveleged unfairly. You can attain my level of understanding and confidence just by signing a non disclosure form and by visiting the company. It just takes a little effort.Of course you would have to posses my brillance in addition(GGG).
