I like that, yes they did survive in juxtaposition and it was very providential ...yet you are only looking backwards not forward.

We no longer have any particular
philosophy limited by civilizations , land or
trade barriers...all and each of them
are open for greater
examination now...

That perrenial philosophy that will be born
out of the introspection of the next few centuries
will be one that proves itself most effective
in adapting to the values adopted by the
generations not even yet born .

I suppose we will have many variations....but that
Advent Encyclopedia was not very "prescient" in it's
prophesy of Buddhism and Hinduism
dying off were they Neo?

So I will go with Einstein and see a Buddhist view and
Hindu yoga/meditation, and their masters and teachers only
becoming a stronger fixture in
a large portion of the worlds population religious
and spiritual lives.

Future generations will tire of the constant pressing of
prophesies that will never happen , and someone coming to
save them , that never arives. They will want to be
more proactive in shaping their own mental & spiritual
bodies ...not just "waiting " around in a confined
space between heaven and hell and preaching
that becomes all to repetitive. Especially when they
learn where the original source was .

The return of the new Messiah , Neo , just might be
a Buddha this time around ....or a Hindu Saint.

;-)

PS: They really have to start cutting down on the alcohol
ya know ...very bad for our civilization .
